The best rooftop bar in Montreal: Terrasse William Gray

Located  at the 8th floor of the Hotel William Gray in Old Montreal, the terrasse William Gray is a pretty stylish rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of Old Port.

Terrasse William Gray is now the best rooftop terrasse in Montreal hands down, the terrasse is open only during the warmer months, from 12 to 1am except Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday which closes at 11pm.  The decor of this place is beautiful, white chairs and tables, black stools at the bar  and pretty nice lighting as well. No matter where you seat, you’ll have a beautiful view,  from Jacques Cartier Bridge  and BonSecours Market to the East, to  the Ferris wheel and cirque du soleil tent as the backdrop in the South.

This is the perfect spot to grab drinks & food in a sunny afternoon until well into the night. This place offers amazing fresh seafood and a great wine selection, the staff is also friendly and the service is pretty good.  And don’t worry about the weather, because this terrasse has a retractable awning to shield you from the rain.
